Hoy's Skis has been servicing the Mt Hotham ski area for more than 50 years.

Our extensive experience with chain fitting allows us to choose the most appropriate chains for each vehicle, and allows us to provide unrivalled advice - if we believe your car to be unsuitable to travel the Hotham Road we will tell you so, and advise you to take the bus or taxi. We can also provide security parking for your vehicle in such cases.

Our operation also allows us to provide you with the most up-to-date road conditions which change frequently and surprisingly quickly.

At Hoys A-Frame Ski Centre in Harrietville, we can supply you with Resort Entry Tickets allowing you to bypass the queues that can occur at the Entry Gate during peak traffic periods, saving you precious time on the snow. You can also break your journey here with a meal or refreshment break if you like. On the mountain, our shops are very conveniently located for any other needs you may have during your stay.

At Hoys, we recognise that you want the best possible ski equipment and have made great efforts to supply equipment of higher than average quality. Further, our equipment is selected so that it is appropriate for the conditions. Our large range of sizes and fittings means we can accommodate just about everyone.

Often skiers who hire clothing elsewhere are disappointed to find that their rental clothing is identical to many others on the slopes. At Hoys, we pride ourselves on the individual look. We choose our clothing from well known fashion brands such as Energi, Rossignol, Cross, Scott and Aggression. Our children's range includes functional, high-quality suits with bright, easily identifiable colours.

We're very excited to expand into Dinner Plain and offer our legendary service with families our priority.We've purchased new x-country gear and snowshoes catering for all the family and offer backup chain help.
